Need help getting to the pharmacy?
For Traditional Medicaid Patients:
- Non-emergency transportation is available through your insurance. -
- To request a ride, members should first call Southeastrans at 855-325-7586
- Or, register an account to schedule transportation online here
- Please contact us should you need additional support.
For other patients:
- If you're in need, ask us about bus passes!
- Use IndyGo buses, 16th Street stop on Route 3

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services scheduled. Be sure to request at least three business days before your appointment.

No problem. We provide services on a sliding fee scale based on your income if you can bring two recent paystubs. If you aren’t working or don’t have income, simply bring your ID.

Whether you’re a patient or not, you can schedule a FREE appointment with our Health & Outreach Advocates to help you enroll in most types of insurance. Includes temporary Presumptive Eligibility coverage, Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan or other marketplace insurance.
