Insurance programs we can help you enroll in:
Presumptive Eligibility (PE): Short-term coverage of health care services for Indiana residents with limited incomes only while your eligibility is being determined for other Indiana coverage.

Indiana Medicaid: Medicaid provides full health care coverage to individuals with low income. Refer to the Indiana Medicaid Covered Services webpage for a list of covered services.

Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP): A health insurance program offered by the State of Indiana for Hoosiers ages 19 to 64 who meet specific income levels. It pays for medical costs for members and could even provide vision and dental coverage.

Hoosier Healthwise (HHW): Indiana’s health care program for children up to age 19 and pregnant women. Covers medical care such as doctor visits, prescription medicine, mental health care, dental care, hospitalizations, and surgeries at little or no cost to the member or the member’s family.

Health Insurance Marketplace: The program where individuals and small businesses not eligible for Indiana’s plans can shop for and buy private health insurance at reduced costs, based on income and family size. Some applicants qualify for premium tax credits that lower the costs of coverage. All plans cover essential health benefits, pre-existing conditions, and preventive care. The program has a limited enrollment period when individuals and families may apply.
What you need to apply
- Family size and birth dates for every person in the household, regardless of whether all individuals are applying for insurance
- Social Security Numbers for those applying
- Income information for everyone in the household, regardless of whether all individuals are applying for insurance (pay stubs, statement of benefits, etc.)
- Tax information (filing status, dependents, estimated taxable income)
