Inclement Weather

WEATHER UPDATE: Open for virtual appointments, closed for in-person visits Feb 3 and 4.

Due to forecasted inclement weather, Jane Pauley Community Health Centers will be switching all in-person appointments to Virtual Telehealth appointments for Thursday, Feb 3rd, and Friday, Feb 4th, 2022. Appointments will still be at the same time and day; only instead of coming into our clinics, you will see one of our providers by video or by phone call. Our staff is working hard to contact all patients that have in-person appointments on these days to confirm the change to virtual. Due to potential weather travel restrictions in the state, it may not be safe to travel during the next few days. We do not want to put our patients or staff at risk. If you need to cancel or update your appointment, please call (317) 552-0773. If you have an appointment on Feb 3rd or 4th and haven’t received a call from us yet to switch your appointment, please call 317-552-0773 to get a Telehealth link or call set up to attend your appointment virtually over your phone or computer. If Virtual Telehealth does not work for you or your schedule, you may reschedule your appointment instead. We appreciate your patience. Please stay safe!
