What are Patient Feedback Groups?
We are looking to connect with our patients who would be willing to express their suggestions, opinions and concerns through future short online surveys and focus groups we may conduct to improve patient experience.
Who can join?
We ask that you be a current patient of JPCHC (within the last year) who has a committed interest in helping JPCHC improve and expand our reach within the community.
