For Traditional Medicaid Patients:
- Non-emergency transportation is available through your insurance. To request a ride, members should first call Verida at 855-325-7586 at least two business days in advance of an appointment. (More Information)

For other patients:
- If you’re in need, ask us about bus passes!
- Use City of Anderson Transit System (CATS) Route 5 (Jackson Park/Belmont) bus to the St. John Hospital stop.

Entrance & Parking
- We are in the three-story brown brick building labeled “Wilbur S. Roby Medical Office Building.” Enter through Entrance #7 and go to the third floor, suite 309.
- Parking is readily available near the entrance. Park in the same lot as the Emergency Department.

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services scheduled. Be sure to request at least three business days before your appointment.

No problem. We provide services on a sliding-fee scale based on your income if you can bring two recent pay stubs. If you aren’t working or don’t have income, simply bring your ID.

Whether you’re a patient or not, you can schedule a FREE appointment with our Community Resource Navigators to help you enroll in most types of insurance. Includes temporary Presumptive Eligibility coverage, Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, or other marketplace insurance.
