About JPCHC Optometry Services
Friendly staff at the JPCHC Optometry office are able to help patients get the eye care they need, all at the most affordable costs possible. JPCHC provides all healthcare services regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
- Routine Vision Exam: A full evaluation of visual acuity and ocular health. This includes assessments of visual sharpness, eye alignment, and overall eye health using techniques such as slit-lamp examination, tonometry, and refraction. Conducted for new or established patients to determine vision needs and eye wellness.
- Pediatric Eye Exam: Tailored for children, these exams include age-appropriate testing for vision acuity, eye teaming, depth perception, and eye health screening. Early detection of vision issues in children supports academic and developmental success.
- Diabetic Eye Exam: A dilated retinal exam that screens for diabetic retinopathy and other diabetes-related eye conditions. Documentation is coordinated with the patient’s primary care provider to support integrated chronic disease management.
