For Traditional Medicaid Patients:

  • Non-emergency transportation is available through your insurance. – To request a ride, members should first call Southeastrans at 855-325-7586 at least two business days in advance of an appointment. (More Information)

For other patients:

Entrance & Parking

  • Main entrance is off the backside of the Wigwam building, off 14th Street (State Road 32) & John St.
  • Parking is readily available near the entrance.

No problem. We provide services on a sliding fee scale based on your income if you can bring two recent paystubs. If you aren’t working or don’t have income, simply bring your ID.
