For Traditional Medicaid Patients:
- Non-emergency transportation is available through your insurance. – To request a ride, members should first call Southeastrans at 855-325-7586 at least two business days in advance of an appointment. (More Information)

For other patients:
- If you’re in need, ask us about bus passes!
- Use City of Anderson Transit System (CATS) Route 2 (South Madison) bus and ask for a stop at the Wigwam.

Entrance & Parking
- Main entrance is off the backside of the Wigwam building, off 14th Street (State Road 32) & John St.
- Parking is readily available near the entrance.

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services scheduled. Be sure to request at least three business days before your appointment.

No problem. We provide services on a sliding fee scale based on your income if you can bring two recent paystubs. If you aren’t working or don’t have income, simply bring your ID.
