You May Want To Schedule A Same-Day Appointment If You:
- Have a fever
- Have a bad cough
- Persistent diarrhea
- Unexplained rash
- Have a sore throat
- Have thrown up
- Abdominal pain
- Wheezing or shortness of breath

What to Do When You Arrive:
When you schedule your same-day sick appointment, you will have the option to do a pre check-in through your MyChart app.
While this will start your check-in process, you will still need to stop by the receptionist desk when you arrive for your appointment to complete your check-in.
If you don’t go to the receptionist desk, you may significantly delay your appointment.

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services scheduled. Be sure to request at least three business days before your appointment.

No problem. We provide services on a sliding fee scale based on your income if you can bring two recent paystubs. If you aren’t working or don’t have income, simply bring your ID.

Whether you’re a patient or not, you can schedule a FREE appointment with our Health & Outreach Advocates to help you enroll in most types of insurance. Includes temporary Presumptive Eligibility coverage, Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan or other marketplace insurance.
